Foundations of (Classical) Statistical Mechanics up to Entropy

The lecture will show how starting from the assumed (quantum) dynamics of a “macroscopic” (not so large after all…) system of “molecules” and considering only the statistical properties of the systems one arrives to the major results of Statistical Mechanics and in particular to the concept of Entropy the first and more fundamental example of Thermodynamic Potential.
