| - | Abstract | + | The presentation reviews some application of well-established domain discretization methods (finite difference method-FDM), finite element method-FEM) in engineering physics with particular emphasis to modeling of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) phenomena for fusion related research and quantum structures for aplication in nanodevices. Thus, Grand-Shafranov Equation (GSE) for plasma equilibrium has been solved for some simple excitation forms and the obtained numerical results for the rectangular plasma, have been presented. Furthermore, stationary SchrÓ§dinger equation is numerically solved via FDM and FEM, respectively. This presentation should be referred as an opener to the area of numerical modeling in plasma physics and nanotechnology. |
